Support Traditional Yoga
& Community Teaching
Your donation supports free, public teachings rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and practice—the disciplined practice of self awareness. These teachings are offered online and in spiritual or community spaces to groups—without paywalls, branding, or dilution. These offerings explore themes like:
“What if our need to be free from suffering is what sustains it?”
“What is yoga?”
“How do we relate to a world we can’t control?”
“What is meditation?”
This is not fitness/wellness, but self-awareness—offered freely, and funded by those who believe in it.
What Your Gift Supports
$250
Helps offer a single, open-access teaching—online, or in-person where possible—with the topic chosen by Balraj.
$500
Supports a deeper engagement: a workshop, or a private session for a small group. If you have a preference for audience or topic, you’re welcome to reach out—we’ll do our best to align where possible.
$1,000
Your contribution supports up to four public teaching sessions over the course of a month—online, or in community spaces where possible—and helps make them available at no cost to attendees. This level also helps extend the reach of these offerings to new locations or audiences and sustains the engagement across multiple sessions.
After making a contribution, you’ll be invited to share a note including any dedications or intentions for your gift. We will do our best to align with any preferences you indicate.

Our striving for permanent emotional/material security (to finally be “at peace”) actually reinforces the basic sense of lack/anxiety that we’re trying to eliminate. In other words, the quest for permanent freedom from our personal suffering might be the very thing keeping us from our deepest fulfillment.
